We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders to the U.S. $40.00 before tax. For all other orders to be shipped to U.S. addresses we charge a flat fee of $5.00. Although most orders are processed same day and shipped in 2 business days, we ask that you allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

OFFERS AND PROMOTION CODES

To take advantage of a special promotion, you must be LOGGED IN and enter the promo code in your Shopping Bag BEFORE Checkout. The offer will be automatically applied when you enter the appropriate information. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order and they don’t apply to items that are already discounted.

SALES TAX

Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and packing slip.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to lots of places around the world – just select your country at checkout. Please note that there are a few restricted products.

Please note that International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from www.spelacosmetics.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Spela Cosmetics does not collect duties and taxes, and as smart as we are, we can not predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, so please do NOT send us any credit card information via an email.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment and tracking information

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened or gently used.

Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

The product and services available on our websites, including any samples, are for personal use only. As such, we reserve the right to limit per item order quantities to 2 per product and 20 different products per order.  If you are interested in placing an order for a retail store, please contact us at info@spelacosmetics.com. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make sure the return is as painless as possible.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.  Please note that handling charges are generally $5, and shipping charges are often between $3-$8 for domestic US orders (and more for any international orders).  For shipping charges, we deduct any amount that we have actually paid to ship your order.
